Pittsburgh was under mandatory business shutdown from March 19th until today, May 15th, so we have just come out of covid now into yellow phase. Our business waiver application was denied as a "nonessential" business.
Our current turnaround time runs 3-8 weeks as noted on our webstore.
Many of our customers print a picture off our website to include within their gift card to let the recipient know there is something being custom made for them if they don't have gift in hand.
