Customer notes...

Why does the Bride stand on the Groom's Left? The early Anglo Saxon groom
had to defend his bride from would-be kidnappers, she stood to his left, leaving his
sword-arm free. The "best" warrior in the tribe stood by the groom and was
responsible for helping defend the bride, thus the placement for the modern day
best man.

Did you know? The majority of engagements will happen between now and Valentine's Day.

We received the crock in perfect shape and it's already been wrapped and ready for gifting! It's just beautiful, thanks so very much! I'm sure Kate and Craig will treasure it! Linda C. from Lumberton, NJ #personalizedpotterygifts

Linn Run State Park and Crock (CR) with oak tree logo....

An excellent October trail to take at Linn Run State Park is the Grove Run Trail.
It was pretty with the fall leaves and a pretty challenging trail.

A fun find along the trail was a tin box propped against a post.
Inside the tin box was a composition book and a pen protected by a  plastic bag in which people were encouraged to journal.

So, we logged in our two cents...

and continued on our way.

We found a pipe connected to a natural spring with which we could refill our water bottles.
Cool, clean and delicious spring water was much appreciated at that point.

Flying Pig logo...

The inspiration behind our new flying pig logo:
Hi,
Just touching base with you regarding my anniversary gift for my husband...when I placed the order for the vase, I had inquired about the possibility of putting a "flying pig" stamp on the vase.  I had noted that if you did not have a "flying pig" stamp for the vase, that a heart would be appropriate.  The date of our wedding anniversary is August 13, 2005 and our names are Kim and Tim.  I'm not sure if the vase has been created already, but if so, could you let me know what you decided to put on it?  Also, I was hoping it would be shipped on time for our anniversary....any chance I will have it by then?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thanks, Kim H

Home Sweet Home with New Heart in Home logo...

New Logo offering! Check out our new Heart in Home logo we are offering for personalization.

 Home Sweet Home

This is the email that started it all:
 Hello,
I was wondering if it would be possible to do the house logo on this? If so, I would like the top line to say "HOME SWEET HOME" and the bottom line to say "Est. 2014". Could you please let me know if this is possible?
Sorry - I believe it is actually a cabin, but do you think that would look ok or is it possible to make it look more like a house?
It is for a housewarming gift so I was also wondering what the estimated delivery date would be.
Thank you

We did some digging around in the logo box and replied back:
Hello. I actually found two houses we could use. The one on the bottom is the victorian house, the one on top the house with heart. I've attached the picture to this email. Please let me know if you can't see them.

Thank you, zotterthepotter
In response: Thank you - they are both great! I think the one on top the house with heart would be perfect.
Thank you!

This is the end result:

Hi,
I just wanted to let you know that I received it today and I am extremely happy with how it turned out! You did an amazing job! Thank you again for all of your help!
Thanks,

Dad's Spoons...

I just wanted to tell you that I received my crock yesterday and I love it!! My Dad made wooden spoons out of as many different types of wood that he could get his hands on. His collection has over 225 spoons and the name of each wood is written on the handle. He passed away this past summer at age 69. It was a shock to my entire family. My Mom has shared some of his spoons with us kids to have and remember. I put my 30 spoons in your beautiful crock and it is a perfect home to the beautiful legacy my Dad has left us.

Fondly,
Jen H

Thank you for sharing your beautiful story with us and allowing us to share a part in your family's history.
