I can't believe it is Dec.23rd already. We managed to get our last load of the year shipped last Friday in time for Christmas delivery. Traditionally the last load is the most important load of the year because we squeeze in orders that were placed after our deadline. Shipping pieces before Christmas that were not expected until January ends 2010, ends this year for us on a more festive note.
I just wanted to take this moment to thank all of you that have been so loyal. Each year we see more and more repeat customers which reinforces our efforts to keep a standard and reliability that shows how much your orders means to us. These last three years have been a little more taxing than usual and the reason we are still in business is because of you.
Our customer loyalty has outweighed these burdens that have devastated much larger businesses.We are already seeing orders for next years first load. Many of the orders are from people that just received one of our crocks and are already becoming our newest repeat customers.
